Kinder Community Initiative

A Campaign to Support and Spread Kindness

supported by local real estate professionals

How it works

  • Kind Agents

This fundraiser is supported by real estate professionals committed to building Kinder Communities through their support of Kind Works Inc.'s programs and public volunteer studio. These dedicated individuals, our Agents of Kindness, will pledge to donate a portion of their earnings from each home sale they complete.

  • Custom Ornament Gift For Your Clients

For every home sold, this group will give a custom "Home Ornament" as a housewarming gift for their clients. These ornaments are created by our wonderful volunteers. Additionally, realtors can buy other Tools of Kindness for their clients to enjoy in their new home and share information about Kind Works' opportunities for schools and the community in that area.

  • Together We Will Spread Kindness

Together, we will spread kindness and connect with as many people as possible, showcasing the immense power and positive impact that intentional kindness can have within our communities. Your support helps to fund our open community studios, kindness education programming, and so much more.

Why do you support Kind Works:

As to why I am getting involved, when my kids were little I used to tell them “do the right thing, every time, even when no one is watching” I feel like this is the same message. Being kind costs nothing and you never know how it might impact someone’s life. You can’t know what everyone you encounter on a daily basis might be struggling with but offering a simple gesture of kindness could make all the difference in the world.

What is your involvement with this initiative:

I'm pledging $100 for each house sale to Kind Works Inc and to share tools of Kindness with my clients.

Why do you support Kind Works:

I support Kind Works because I have always believed in the power of giving more than you receive. Kindness isn’t just a phrase to live by—it’s a way of life for me. From a young age, I was raised with traditional values, strong morals, and a deep sense of responsibility to care for others. These same values are the foundation on which I raised my boys, instilling in them the importance of love, respect, and the simple yet profound act of helping thy neighbor.

Being a Realtor and supporting Kind Works go hand in hand. Every day, I have the privilege of helping people find not just a house, but a place to call home—a space where dreams are nurtured, memories are created, and communities are strengthened. There’s no greater joy than guiding my clients through one of the most meaningful decisions of their lives and knowing that I’ve played a part in making their dreams a reality.

By partnering with Kind Works, I’m able to extend this passion for helping others even further. This organization allows me to give back, spread the message of kindness, generosity, and community-building. It’s more than just a partnership; it’s a mission—a shared vision to create kinder communities, and a brighter future for all. I am so honored to be part of this journey and grateful for the opportunity to make a difference.

Why do you support Kind Works

I believe in the impact that acts of intentional kindness can have on building better communities… one new family and one neighborhood at a time.

A few years ago, my sons and I went through a really difficult time and through a series of incredible events, I came to appreciate the true impact that KINDNESS has in connecting us with others and how important and impactful spreading the message of intentional kindness can be.  I also knew that helping to spread that message was something I needed to do.

We created the Kinder Community Initiative to showcase the impact our real estate professionals can have in helping us build kinder communities...one closed sale and one “new to the neighborhood” family at a time.  Who better to ask to help support such an important message and mission than the people who help bring new families and neighbors to our town.

What is your involvement with this initiative:

I'm pledging to make 20 donations and to share tools of Kindness with my clients.
