Position: Internship Opportunity
Location: Bethel, CT (In-person)
Days/Hours: Fall 2025
Studio coverage on Wednesday 12-6pm and Saturday 10-2pm. Additional hours also needed on Tuesday and Thursday 12-6pm and on an as needed basis for offsite events and workshops. You don’t have to commit to all of the hours, we will work around what you have as long as there is consistency.
Type: Unpaid (Academic credit available if applicable)
Overview: We are seeking KIND, enthusiastic and driven interns to join our team at Kind Works Inc. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about community service, non-profit work, and creating positive change.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell Merchandise.
Greet and assist volunteers coming to our Bethel Studio.
Assist in volunteer community art workshops.
Engage with community members to strengthen relationships.
Provide administrative support, including maintaining records and preparing reports.
Collaborate with staff to brainstorm innovative ideas for expanding our organization's impact.
Qualifications:
Strong passion for community service and social impact.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Creative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Be a kind person.
