As Kind Works continues to grow, we are seeking dedicated community members to expand our Board of Directors. We are looking for individuals who can contribute their leadership, professional expertise, and passion to help strengthen our organization and guide its future.

Kind Works is entering an exciting period of growth. As we expand our educational programs, community partnerships, volunteer initiatives, fundraising efforts, and public mural campaigns, we are looking for dedicated individuals to help guide our organization and strengthen its long-term sustainability.
Every Board member brings unique talents, perspectives, and connections to our mission. Whether your experience is in finance, marketing, fundraising, nonprofit leadership, education, business development, or community engagement, your involvement can help Kind Works grow its impact and serve more people for years to come.
Our Board Structure
To provide stability and continuity during this important period of growth, our current officers—including the President, Treasurer, and Secretary—have committed to serving five-year terms.
We are now seeking additional Board members to serve two-year terms in functional leadership and advisory roles. This structure allows new members to make a meaningful contribution without immediately assuming the responsibilities of an officer position. It also creates opportunities for future leadership within the organization.
Board Member Responsibilities
Board members are expected to:
Serve a two-year term
Attend regular Board meetings
Participate in at least one committee or functional area
Provide strategic guidance and professional expertise
Support fundraising and community engagement efforts
Serve as ambassadors for Kind Works within the community
