General Information

• The event will be held at the Alexandra Room at Edmond Town Hall, located at 45 Main Street Newtown, CT

• Doors will open at 6 pm to allow you to set up, eat, drink, and socialize. 

• The bingo games will start promptly at 7 pm.

• You may bring any food/drink (alcohol IS permitted) that you wish to enjoy. 

• We are providing coffee, tea, water, and dessert (note we have dessert plates not full dinner/cutlery etc. so kindly bring whatever items are necessary for your group). 

Check-in Information

• Ticket holders should check in upon arrival. 

• Ticket holders will pick up their registration bags upon check in and seating is first come first serve at un-reserved tables of 6 or 8. 

• Ticket holders that purchased multiple tickets, please check in for all tickets and note that your last name (name order placed under) will be printed on all the registration bags for you and your table mates.

Registration Bags Include:

• One 10-pack bingo card (note you have 3 chances to win for each game)

• One bingo marker 

• Door prize tickets - BLUE tickets - each individual receives 3 door prize tickets

• Lucky Lotto Tree and Wristlet tickets - RED tickets - only if purchased in advance

• Raffle tickets - ORANGE tickets - each individual receives 3 free raffle tickets 

Raffle Prizes

• Raffle prizes will be on display with raffle ticket containers directly in front of each item

• You select which item(s) that you wish to enter by placing your raffle ticket (which is included in your registration bag) in the raffle ticket container 

• Every ticket holder has automatically been entered into the door prize raffles, and there is no need to enter for these prizes as everyone has been entered.

Purchasing Extra Game Cards and Raffle Tickets 

• Additional bingo game cards are $5 each, and note you will receive one extra game card for all 10 games 

• Bonus Golden Game (Game 11) for the xxxx purse ($xxx retail) requires an additional $25 ticket

• If you pre-purchased a Golden Game card it will be in your registration bag 

• Additional raffle tickets are being sold 1 for $5, 3 for $10 or 8 for $20 

• Lucky Lotto Tree raffle tickets are being sold 1 for $10 or 5 for $20 

• We accept cash, checks (payable to Kind Works) or credit cards
